To help make your stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal in Montreal as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 9.95 per 24 hours.
- Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CAD 30.44 per day.
- Pets
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Embassy Suites by Hilton - Montreal of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 75 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in, photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. A credit card pre-authorization will be requested upon check-in. Guests can pay with another method of payment upon check-out.
